All counties in TN have a TEIS program, but we are unique in that we are one of only three counties in the entire state to have a program directly collaborating with the school system. We also earned the Building Best Practices Award for our region!  We serve children aged eighteen months to thirty-six months in the Center by a licensed teacher, Mrs. Mallory Cox, specializing in Early Intervention/Developmental Therapy; while those birth to eighteen months are served in the home with Early Intervention Teachers, Casey Winningham & Whitney Jenkins, who travel to them.
